Be it for companionship, medication reminders, or just a friendly "Hello! How are you today?" – our LiveWell calls serve numerous purposes.
LIVE WELL CALLS CAN BE USED FOR ANY OF THE REASONS BELOW:

CUSTOMIZED RESPONSE PLAN
In the instance that our LiveWell call goes unanswered, we have a contingency plan to ensure our client's safety and well-being. We work with clients and their families to develop a customized response plan, determining the frequency of retry attempts. If subsequent calls go unanswered, families can choose to be notified via email or phone call, allowing them to reach out and ensure everything is okay.
This systematic, closed-loop process offers peace of mind, knowing that if a call goes unanswered, a predefined action plan is in place. For non-urgent situations, families can instruct us to simply record the missed call, maintaining a seamless, non-intrusive approach.
